The user is unable to view/open attachments and recevies a message:
"Outlook has blocked access (..)"
|
Start Outlook Express go to TOOLS-> OPTIONS-> SECURITY tab
and uncheck "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus.
