If you colocate a server or servers with Network Connection, here are server settings you may require.
|
DNS [New Recursive DNS IP Addresses]
Recursive DNS (so your server can perform DNS queries)
- 205.207.120.1
- 216.234.35.1
Authoritative DNS (when registering your domain)
- ns1.connection.ca
- ns2.connection.ca
E-mail
We strongly suggest that you configure your server to send mail directly, rather than using our SMTP servers. In some cases this is not possible. Please review the following before using our SMTP servers:
- By using Network Connection's SMTP server, you are agreeing to our SMTP Acceptable-Use Policy. Please review that policy, or contact your Account Manager for a copy.
- Network Connection's SMTP servers are for non-bulk e-mail only. Abuse of this may result in termination of access to our SMTP servers.
Network Connection's SMTP servers can be accessed using the hostname "mail.connection.ca", port 25.
