How do I upload or maintain my website?
|
To upload and maintain your website, you will need to use an FTP program to transfer your website's files to our servers, authorizing yourself with the username and password assigned to your company when your signed up for our web hosting service.
If your FTP software is capable of TLS, we highly recommend you enable this function. It will encrypt the FTP session between your computer and our servers, protecting it from prying eyes.
Your website can be accessed using FTP at the following address:
ftp.yourcompany.tld
or
clientftp.connection.ca
Forgotten your username or password?
Please open a ticket, providing details which verify your authority to request a new password, and we will reset your password and supply you with a new one.
